The Note Types screen is displayed after tapping Add Note. It displays any Note Types that can be added to a document:

To add a note to the document:

  1. Tap a Note Type.
  2. The note, cursor, and keyboard are displayed:
  3. Type text for the note, or edit any automatically generated text.
  4. Tap Save to save changes, or Cancel to discard changes.
