When set to true, users can access the Offline module and download read-only copies of documents from Custom Queries or Workflow for access offline. When set to false, users cannot access the Offline module and cannot download read-only copies of documents.
Note:
This setting only applies to the Mobile Access for iPad (Legacy) application.
