This setting allows users with the External Mail privilege to send documents as email attachments from Custom Queries or Workflow. By default, the value is set to false. Set this value to true to allow users with the External Mail privilege to send documents via email.
Note:
The Send To Email feature is only available in the Mobile Access for iPad (Legacy) and Mobile Access for iPhone (Legacy) applications.
