When logged on to the Unity Client while using the Office Business Application for 2019, the following error may be displayed when attempting to reconnect with the Application Server: The reconnection service has encountered a fatal error. Please save your work and restart the application.

Your Unity Client session may be interrupted and you are required to re-authenticate your connection to OnBase. This can happen for several reasons, such as if you are required to reset your password, or if the network connection is interrupted. If this error is displayed, you must save your work in the current session and restart the Office Business Application for 2019 to begin a new session.
