To delete existing notes on a document:

  1. From an open document, click Notes.
  2. Select View Notes from the drop-down list.
  3. The Notes pane is displayed.
  4. Right-click the note you want to delete and select Delete.
  5. You are prompted to confirm deletion. Click Yes to delete the note. Click No to retain the note.
  6. Click Close to save the modifications to the note and close the Notes pane.
