The Troubleshooting layout from the Unity Client can be accessed from within the Microsoft Office application.

Using this layout may be useful when in-depth information such as connection information, troubleshooting messages, and memory usage information is needed.

To access the Troubleshooting layout:

  1. Select File and the integration with OnBase option.
  2. The Office Business Application for 2019 configuration layout is displayed.
  3. Click Troubleshooting to open the Troubleshooting layout. If you have not already logged into the Unity Client, you are prompted to do so.
