If you are licensed for EDM Services, you can use the Office Business Application for 2019 to modify revisable Microsoft Office documents that are opened from OnBase.

Note:

For more information on how to configure a revisable Document Type, see the EDM Services module reference guide.

To save a document as a revision:

  1. After modifying the document, click the integration with OnBase tab. The integration with OnBase ribbon is displayed.
  2. Click the Save button. You are prompted to choose how the document should be saved.
  3. Click Save as Revision. The document is saved as a revision to the original document in OnBase.
