To enable a pop-up message warning users that a document is locked by another user:
- Launch the OnBase Configuration module.
- Select Document Types from the Document menu. The Document Types dialog box is displayed.
- Select the Document Type used to archive document accessed using Office Business Application for 2021.
- Click the Rendition/Revision button. The Rendition / Revision Control Settings dialog box is displayed.
- Select Display Message When Document Is Locked.
- Click Save.
- Repeat this process for each Document Type that archives documents accessed using Office Business Application for 2021.
