In order for forms and photos to be indexed with patient information, each of the Document Types to which users will upload documents must be configured to use an AutoFill Keyword Set. This allows documents to be indexed automatically upon upload, without the need to manually index patient information.
Please note the following information about the AutoFill Keyword Set that will be used:

Only one AutoFill Keyword Set can be used. If a document has multiple AutoFill Keyword Sets configured, then the first one is used by default.

The AutoFill Keyword Set must be configured to Expand All Matching Instances.

Users must have rights to at least the primary keyword of the AutoFill Keyword Set.

All Document Types that will be used for form creation or photo upload must have this AutoFill Keyword Set assigned.

All Document Types that will be used for form creation or photo upload must have the AutoFill Keyword Set's primary keyword configured on the Document Type.
