Checks whether the document is attached to one or more existing form packets that have a status of Pending or In Progress.
Note:
This rule is not supported in the Classic Client interface.
This rule will evaluate to true if the document is already associated with a form packet that has a status of Pending or In Progress. This rule will evaluate to false under either of the following conditions:

The document is not associated with any form packets.

The document is associated with a packet that has a status other than Pending or In Progress.
