Users must be assigned the Mobile Healthcare privilege in OnBase Configuration. To change the medical records privileges for a User Group:
- In the OnBase Configuration module, select Users | User Groups / Rights.
- Select a User Group.
- Click Medical Rec Privileges.
- Select the Mobile Healthcare medical records privilege on the Product tab. Users must have this privilege in order to access the Mobile Healthcare app.
Users must be assigned Document Type rights to all documents that they need to view or create in the Mobile Healthcare app.
In order to view documents, users must be assigned the Retrieve / View Document privilege in OnBase Configuration.
In order to upload photos, users must have the Create Document privilege and the Import Client Feature privilege assigned.
In order to create Unity Forms and Image Forms, users must have the Create Document privilege and the Import Client Feature privilege assigned. The HTML Forms product right is also required.
In order to modify existing Unity Forms and Image Forms, users must have the Modify privilege assigned.
In order to complete third-party image forms, users must have the Create Revisions privilege assigned.
Additional medical record privileges are required for users to access Patient Search and Patient Lists:

The Patient Search medical record privilege is required to access Patient Search.

The Patient Lists medical record privilege is required to access Patient Lists.
