DICOM studies can be displayed within the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app if the following conditions are met:

A supported Medical Imaging Viewer must be installed and configured for your OnBase system.

The Medical Imaging Viewer must support the device being used to view DICOM studies.

If users will view DICOM studies using the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app for iOS, the server hosting the Medical Imaging Viewer must be configured for secure (HTTPS) connections. This is due to Apple's App Transport Security (ATS) requirements which require apps to connect to web services over a secure connection.
