After uploading a new patient document in the OnBase Mobile Healthcare application, the newly-uploaded document may appear twice within the contents of the Patient Custom Query tab, even though only one copy of the document is created in OnBase.

This occurs if the same medical records Document Type is assigned to both the cross-facility clinical document tab and the Medical Records Custom Query. Medical record Document Types should not be added to the Medical Records Custom Query. Refer to the HL7 module reference guide for medical system configuration information.
