The OnBase Mobile Healthcare app helps to mitigate potential information disclosure in the following ways:

When the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app is placed in the background, the screen that was last displayed is obscured from the device's Recent Apps menu.

The OnBase Mobile Healthcare app for Android utilizes Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection to prevent the user in control of the device from capturing a screen shot of the app using the device's hardware controls.
Due to limitations within the iOS operating system, the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app for iOS does not prevent a user from capturing a screen shot.
Depending on the manufacturer or model of your Android device, as well as the camera software being used, photos taken from the device's camera via the Unity Form attachment control may be saved to the device's internal memory or SD card. It is the responsibility of the user or organization to manage or delete these photos from the device after the form is uploaded to OnBase.
