If necessary, you can close an open form packet and continue filling out the patient's forms at a later time.

To close a form packet, do the following:

  1. Tap the Back arrow in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. If prompted, enter the PIN that you set upon entering the packet signing interface and tap Continue. You may be prompted to save changes before continuing.
    Upon closing a form packet, you are returned to the Packets view.
