Notes can be placed on documents for other users to view, to call attention to a certain part of a document, or to clarify information contained in the document.
Users with appropriate viewing rights can see notes while viewing a document by tapping the Notes icon:
If you are unable to view or modify notes, you may not have sufficient user privileges. Note characteristics and privileges are defined by your system administrator.
Note:
Annotation note types (e.g., Arrow, Ellipse, Highlight, etc.) can be added to documents in the Notes popup window, but they are not displayed on documents in the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app.
