Once a patient's forms have been completed, you can review and finalize the form packet for upload to OnBase. After a form packet has been reviewed and finalized, the individual forms in the packet are uploaded to OnBase and added to the patient record.
You can review and finalize forms by scanning a bar code from the module selection screen, or while viewing the patient record. See the following topics:
