In order to view notes on a document, you must be assigned the appropriate privileges for viewing notes. To view the notes on a document, perform the following steps.

From the document viewer, tap the Notes icon.
The Notes popup window is displayed.
The Notes window shows a list of any notes currently applied to the document.
