You can access a patient record from either the Patient Lists or Patient Search modules. From the patient record, you can view documents, add photos or images, create new forms, or access form packets.
To open a patient record, select a patient from the results list in Patient Lists or Patient Search. The following image shows an example of a patient record:
The patient record displays the patient's name, date of birth, and patient identifier in the upper left-hand area of the current view. You can navigate between chart view or form packet view by selecting the Charts or Packets icon.
The date of birth is displayed according to the language and region settings configured on the device.
