The first time that the application is launched, you are prompted to enter the URL for the Mobile Applications Broker Server and to select an application mode. This information can be obtained from your system administrator.

Open the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app by tapping the OnBase Mobile Healthcare app icon on the iPhone's home screen:

  1. Enter the URL for your Mobile Applications Broker Server. For example:

    https://[mobile_broker_server]/MobileBroker

    Note:

    The Mobile Applications Broker Server you are connecting to must be configured to use secure connections. If the URL you entered is unable to be validated, contact your system administrator.

  2. Tap Next.
    You are prompted to select an application mode.
  3. Select the application mode for logging in. The available options are determined by your system administrator.
    Note:

    This guide describes the features and functionality available when OnBase Login mode is selected.

  4. Tap OK.
    You are prompted with a message that you may log in.
  5. Tap OK.
    The login screen is displayed.
  6. Enter your OnBase user name in the User Name field.
  7. Enter your OnBase password in the Password field.
  8. Tap the Login button, or tap the Enter button on the virtual keyboard to log in.
