The installation files for the OnBase Mobile application are delivered as a .zip archive. The installation files must be extracted before they can be deployed.

To extract the installation files:

  1. Obtain the OnBase Mobile .zip file. This is found in the Software Downloads area on the Hyland Community website.
  2. Copy the .zip file to the server where OnBase Mobile should be installed.
  3. Extract the following files from the .zip file to the location where OnBase Mobile should be hosted. For example: ..\inetpub\wwwroot\OnBaseMobile\

    • index.html

    • logo.png

    • mobileconfig.json

    • onbase-mobile.zip
