You can create new Unity Forms in OnBase Mobile. Only Unity Form form types can be created.

To create a new form, do the following:

  1. On the OnBase Mobile home screen or from the app menu, select Forms.
    The New Form screen is displayed. The New Form screen displays a list of forms you can create.
  2. Tap the name of the form you want to create.
    The form is displayed on a new screen.
  3. Fill out the necessary information on the form.
  4. When you are finished filling out the form, submit the form.
  5. After submitting the form, you may be prompted to create another new form. Tap Yes to create a new form of the same type. Tap No to return to OnBase Mobile.
