You can search for a form by tapping the filter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and entering the name or partial name of the form.

  1. Tap the filter icon:
  2. Enter a search term in the field.
    As you type, the list of forms is filtered to only show results relevant to your search.
  3. To clear the filter, tap the X next to the field.
