When you are finished adding and editing photos, continue indexing the document by assigning an OnBase Document Type and adding any necessary keyword values. To continue indexing the document:

After you have finished adding and editing photos, on the Pages screen, tap the arrow icon:
A list of OnBase Document Type Groups is displayed.

Select the Document Type Group containing the Document Type you want to assign to the new document.
To filter a long list of Document Types, tap the Filter Document Types field and enter text contained in the name of the Document Type. For example, entering the term "initial" will filter the list to show Document Types with the word "initial" in the name.

Select the Document Type you want to upload the document to.
The keyword indexing screen is displayed.

Tap a keyword field to enter a value for the keyword.

To add another value for a keyword, tap the plus (+) icon next to the keyword field.

To clear out a value for a keyword, tap the X in the keyword field.

To scan a barcode value using the mobile device's camera, press and hold your finger or stylus on the keyword field and select the Barcode option.

Invalid keywords are underlined in red and must be corrected before uploading.

- When you are finished entering keyword values, tap Submit to upload the new document to OnBase.
