Ad hoc tasks can be performed when viewing documents from Workflow. To initiate an ad hoc task, do the following:

  1. While viewing a document, tap the tasks icon:
  2. A list of available tasks is displayed. This list displays all of the tasks you can perform on the currently displayed document.
  3. Tap the name of the task to initiate it.

    Only one ad hoc task can be performed at a time. A confirmation is displayed when the task is complete.

    If a task transitions the document out of the queue, you are returned to the list of documents.
