You can share a document from OnBase Mobile to another app on the device. When you share a document, it is downloaded as a PDF to be shared with other apps on the device, for example, the default messaging app or default mail app.
Note:
Sharing is only available when using OnBase Mobile in the Hyland Mobile app.
Note:
Forms (E-Forms, Unity Forms, etc.) cannot be shared. Sharing is also not possible for files that cannot be converted to PDF, such as video files.
To share a document:
