To add a note or annotation to a document, do the following:

  1. From the document viewer, tap the Notes icon:

    The Notes screen is displayed.

  2. Tap the plus (+) icon.
  3. Select the note type that you want to create. Then, do one of the following:
    • Tap on the area of the document where the note should be placed.

    • If the note type is a drawable annotation (e.g., arrow, ellipsis), use your finger or stylus to draw/place the annotation on the document.

  4. Enter text for the note in the text field.
  5. Tap Save when you are finished adding text.
    The note is added to the document. You can view it from the Notes screen.
