Documents imported into OnBase via PCL are used as the basis for the Image Statement process. It is from the PCL queue that batch statement rendering takes place. Any type of matching or formatting file must be attached to the PCL batch prior to the statement generation. During statement rendering, the PCL document is printed along with other documents that are related to it based on Keyword Values and, in some cases, additional information found in the match file. The PCL document and the supporting documents can then be saved as a new combined Document Type.
