Probable Causes

Remedy

The workstation has not been registered for processing with PDF Input Filter.

Select PDF Input Filter at the Products Registered for Workstation dialog box in Client/Administration/Workstation Registration and click Register.

The current user has no Product Rights assigned for the PDF Input Filter.

Enable the PDF Input Filter check box in the Product Rights dialog box (User Groups and Rights).
