Form creation has the following privilege requirements:

For Unity Forms, users must have the Create privilege for the Document Types the Unity Forms belong to.

For E-Forms, users require no additional privileges. As long as users have access to a patient record, they can create any E-Form configured to be available in the OnBase Patient Window.
