To allow users to submit documents for correction, you must configure a correction action to send documents to the appropriate Workflow life cycle. Healthcare document correction actions can be accessed through the following modules:

The OnBase Web Server (using DocPop Document Correction)
The ability to display a form for additional input is not available in DocPop Document Correction.
Before you begin, configure the necessary life cycles and queues in OnBase Studio.
Users do not need privileges to an action's life cycle or queue to be able to execute the action; users only need privileges to the action, as described later in this topic. Similarly, actions can send documents from any Document Type to a life cycle; Document Types do not have to be assigned to the life cycle.
