The Delinquency Letters Server generates delinquency letters for physicians who either have or will soon have delinquent deficiencies.
- Make sure the user account has access to the letter template.
- Ensure the delinquency letter template has enough room for both the template text and the deficiency grid header.
- Test the configuration by running the Delinquency Letters Server and generating letters. View the letters to ensure they are created and formatted properly.
