To assign confidentiality codes to documents:
- Select one or more documents from the document list.

Rest your pointer over the main menu icon and click Confidentiality Codes.
The Confidentiality Codes dialog box is displayed.
- Click the Document tab.

Select a document from the Document drop-down list. Only the documents you selected in step 1 are available.

Select a Document Code from the list of Available Codes.
To filter the list of available codes, type part of the code's name or description in the field above the list.

Click the Add button.
The selected Document Code is added to the list of Selected Codes, and an asterisk appears on the Document tab to indicate there are unsaved changes on this tab.

Click Save.
Note:
If you are updating codes on multiple documents for this patient, you must click Save after updating each document.
