If you no longer want a filter to be publicly available to all users, with the appropriate user privileges, you can revoke public access to the filter.
The following steps describe how to make a saved filter private using the Options dialog box. You can also use the Filter Editor as described under Editing an Existing Filter.
To make a filter private:

Rest your pointer over the main menu icon and click Options.

Clear the Public check box.
