You can edit the name and color of any case tab you have created. If you have sufficient privileges, you can also change the case's availability to other users.
To edit a case tab:

Rest your pointer over the main menu icon and click Options. The Options dialog box is displayed.
- Click the Cases tab.

Select the case you want to edit.

To rename the case, click Rename.

Type a new name in the Case Name field.
- Click Save.

To change the tab color, click the color swatches button next to the Case Color box.

Select a new color for the tab.

To make the case visible to all users who view the current record, select the Public option. This option is available only to users who have privileges to make cases public.
- Click OK to save your changes, or click Cancel to undo them.
