To view your current copy requests, select User | Physical Record | View Pending Copy Requests. The Copy Requests dialog box is displayed.
A green check mark denotes that the item is currently ready to be given to the associated user.
You can sort the records by clicking on the column headings.
Not only can you view the records that have copy requests open, but you can also open record locators by double-clicking on them.
Once a copy request has been serviced, the request should be marked as completed. To mark a copy request as complete:
- Right-click on the request and select Request Completed. The Confirm Copy Request Completion dialog box is displayed.
- Click Confirm. The request is removed from the list.
Once the copy request completion has been confirmed, an internal e-mail is sent to the user notifying the user that the request was completed.
Depending on your rights, you may have the following right-click options:
