You can create a transaction log that will report changes to a repository, check ins, check outs, and completed copy requests. To create a transaction log for Physical Records Management:

  1. Select Admin | Transaction Logs | Create Report. The Transaction Log Reports dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select Physical Records Management in the Actions box.
  3. Click View. The transaction information pertaining Physical Records Management is displayed. Alternately, you can click Create Report and a log will be saved to the SYS Transaction Logs Document Type for later retrieval.
