Physical Record Locators are not able to be externally e-mailed via the Send To | Mail Recipient right-click menu of the Document Search Results. If an attempt to externally e-mail a Physical Record Locator is made, a Mail dialog box is displayed stating One or more of the selected documents could not be sent. A Show Details button is available. When this button is clicked, a message stating <Document Auto-Name String> could not be emailed because Physical Record file type cannot be emailed is displayed.
