List reports capture the contents of the Pending Checkouts dialog box at the time the report is created. The reports contain information about the physical records in the Pending Checkout status. If you wish to generate a list report for the Pending Checkouts dialog box:

  1. Right-click in the dialog box and select Checkout List Report. The Checkout List Report dialog box is displayed.
  2. If items were selected when you initiated the list report, you will have the option to generate a report on All Items or only the Selected Items.
  3. If you want to include a page header in the report, select Generate Page Headers.
  4. If you want to include summary information in the report, select Generate Summary Info and enter the text you want included in the summary in the Report Summary field.
  5. Click Create. Reports are stored in the SYS List Contents Reports Document Type with a Description Keyword Type value of Physical Records List Report.
