To view your currently pending requests, select User | Physical Record | View Pending Checkouts. The Pending Checkouts dialog box is displayed.
A green check mark denotes that the item is currently ready to be checked out to the associated user.
Tip:
You can sort the records by clicking on the column headings.
Not only can you view the records that are pending check out in this dialog box, but you can also open record locators by double-clicking on them. You can cancel a check out request by selecting the request, right-clicking, and selecting Delete. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
