One method for importing a Physical Records documents uses previously configured Physical Records Process Formats to process the Physical Records documents into OnBase. The Physical Records Process Formats should be used when there is more than an occasional document to import.

Physical Records Process Formats can be initiated in either of two ways:

• Manually Running Physical Records Process Formats

• Scheduling a Physical Records Process Format
