  1. In the Configuration module, select Printing | Print Distribution

    The Print Distribution Configuration dialog box is displayed.

  2. To configure a new group, type a name in the input field at the bottom of the dialog and click Create. The name of the new Print Distribution group appears in the list and you are automatically prompted for the Print Distribution Settings and User Groups.
    If editing an existing Print Distribution Group, select the group and configure parameters using each of the four buttons, located on the right side of the dialog box.
