If you want to direct users towards the search they need, you can configure the front-end client to automatically select a Custom Query in the Search Type drop-down list. The preselected query is identified by its query ID number, which can be specified as a static value in obpa-config.json or dynamically as part of a URL query string.

Tip:

Custom Queries are represented by ID numbers. You can view the ID number for a Custom Query in the Configuration module by selecting it in the Custom Queries dialog box.
