If an Authentication error occurs, conflicts may exist if the OnBase system is licensed for Medical Records Management or SharePoint Search. Specifically, the error may indicate the Public Access bin directory does not contain necessary files depending on the above modules licensed for the OnBase system.
In order to resolve the issue, copy these files from the Application Server bin directory to the Public Access bin directory.
For example:
For a Medical Records Management error in the Diagnostics Console, copy:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AppServer\bin\Hyland.Core.MedicalRecords.dll to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\PublicAccessServer\bin
For a SharePoint Search Adapter error in the Diagnostics Console, copy:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AppServer\bin\Hyland.Applications.Sharepoint.SearchAdapter.dll to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\PublicAccessServer\bin
