The buttons in the Initiation Screen perform the following functions.

Review requisitions previously saved as drafts. By clicking this link you are directed to the Unsubmitted queue in OnBase, which contains previously saved drafts that you can edit and submit when complete. |

Search for an existing requisition in OnBase. See Searching for Existing Requisitions. |

New |
Create a new requisition form. |

Clear |
Clear the login information and start entry over. |

Close |
Close the login window. |
