This section determines how shipping addresses are handed on the requisition form.

Description

Delivery Address Option

Determines how the Ship To control functions on the Purchase Requisition Form. Select one of the following options:

  • LIST: A list of delivery addresses from the Costpoint SHIP TO table is displayed

  • ENTRY: Users can manually enter a delivery address

  • BOTH: A combination of LIST and ENTRY

If ENTRY or BOTH are selected, there must be a default Ship To address set up in the Costpoint SHIP TO table. This default Ship ID is populated in the preprocessor file for the requisition.

Note:

The ENTRY and BOTH options are obsolete; they do not function with the preprocessor. Manual entry is not passed through the preprocessor.

Default Ship ID

Enter the Ship ID code for the default Ship To address in the Costpoint SHIP TO table.
