REQConnect offers a completely automated purchase requisition system that manages purchasing requests for your project-based business. Using OnBase enterprise information management as its foundation, REQConnect provides all the automation and controls your organization needs to reduce paper consumption, time, and, most importantly, costs in the purchasing process all while fully integrated with your Deltek Costpoint system.

REQConnect also assists with the creation, Workflow routing, administration, and tracking of all requisitions, automating processes while maintaining synchronization with Costpoint.

Features include:

  • Submit Requisition: The requisition form is integrated with Costpoint, allowing users to complete and submit purchase requisitions online against live data.

  • Review Requisition: REQConnect uses a robust Workflow to route the requisition to designated reviewers based on configured business rules.

  • Approve or Decline: Once reviewed and confirmed, the requisition is routed through an approval Workflow using the Approval Management module for approval review.

  • Notifications: During requisition routing, automatic email notifications can be configured and sent to the requester, buyer, and approvers based on status changes assigned during processing.

  • Monitoring, Retrieval, and Reporting: A complete audit trail is maintained during the life of a requisition, capturing routing steps, user actions, and status changes. All audit history can easily be accessed and viewed at any time.
