The approver receives an email with the link to the requisition to be approved. The email provides important information related to the requisition and project to be charged. Approvers are not be able to make any modifications to the requisition submitted for their review. If there are any issues that require additional requester attention the approver is able to decline the requisition with a change note to explain reasons for rejection. The approver may also attach supporting documents as the requisition moves through the approval process.
