The following buttons perform actions on the added line items.

Button

Description

Reset Filters

Click Reset Filters to clear all the applied filters. If there are filters applied, the button changes its color to green.

Modify

Use this button if you need to change information on a line item that has already been added.

  1. Highlight the row to be modified by clicking anywhere on the line item.

  2. Click Modify. The Add Item button in the Item Details Section changes to Update and the line item information populates the entry area for editing.

  3. Make any changes necessary.

  4. Click Save Item to save the corrected information and update the line item.

Delete

Use this button if you need to delete a line item that has already be added.

  1. Highlight the row to be deleted by clicking anywhere on the line item.

  2. Click Delete. The Delete line item dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click Delete to permanently remove the line item.

Copy

Use this button to copy a line item that has already been added.

  1. Highlight the row to be copied by clicking anywhere on the line item.

  2. Click Copy. The line item is copied to a new line in the Item Details Section with all details editable.

  3. Edit the changes to the new line.

  4. Click Add Item to save a new line item.

Advanced Filters

Use this button to open the Advanced Filters window. It allows you to filter all the added line items by different values provided in the Item Details Section.

Note:

The filter shows all the added line items that match the filtered value or do not have it filled in.
