Follow these steps to view and remove holds, provided that you have sufficient privileges.
- Select the appropriate managed folder from the folder tree or the Records Management Administration layout.

Do one of the following:

Right-click on the folder and select View Holds.

On the Folder tab, click View Holds.

The Holds pane displays any existing holds.

To remove a hold, select it from the Holds pane.

Do one of the following:

Right-click the hold and select Remove Hold.

On the Folder tab, click Remove Hold.

- The Unity Client displays the prompt Are you sure you want to remove this Hold? Click Yes to remove the hold. The hold is removed.
- Click Close to close the Holds pane.
